Custom Domain Setup

With a MOSAIC Shop you can connect your Custom Domain to brand your website further.

If you purchased your domain from Goimagine Domains (https://goimaginedomains.com/) we are happy to configure the domain for you. Simply email us to get your domain configured at info@goimagine.com

If you have purchased your domain from another domain registrar (i.e. GoDaddy, NameCheap, Google Domains, etc.) follow the below instructions.

Custom Domain Setup

1. Contact us at info@goimagine.com and send us the following information.

We will reply back with custom nameservers for you to set in your domain registrar.

2. Update the Nameservers of your domain within your domain registrar.

Below are some common domain registrars with instructions. If your domain registrar isn't here simply google "How to change nameservers for [Domain Registrar]" to find instructions from your domain registrar.

3. Under the MOSAIC Theme Settings tab within your Seller Dashboard add your custom domain. 

Do NOT include https:// or www. in the custom domain field. Just enter the domain as "myshop.com".

NOTE: Once your domain is set your MOSAIC sub-domain (i.e. shopname.goimagine.com) redirects to your custom domain. So, if you do this step before the nameservers are set up in your domain registrar your MOSAIC links will not work.
