To save our makers time creating shipping labels we have integrated with Shippo. With this integration Order Details (name, address, etc.) are automatically synced into your Shippo account for easy printing. So, you can print shipping labels without having to copy/paste the order from goimagine into a shipping label printer.
To set up this sync follow the below steps:
Step 1: Connect your Shippo Account
If you do not have a Shippo Account yet be sure to create one. It's FREE and you are only charged when creating shipping labels. https://goshippo.com/
Make sure to connect your Shippo Account in your Seller Dashboard. To do this go to the "Optional Settings" Tab in your Shop Settings and click "Connect".
Step 2: Orders SYNC from goimagine to Shippo
After your Shippo account is connected to goimagine all orders will automatically sync into your Shippo account. This will allow you to quickly and easily create shipping labels through Shippo.
Step 3:Complete Order in goimagine to send Customer Notification
When ready go to the Order in goimagine to "Create Shipment", add "Tracking Number", mark the order "Order Complete" and "Notify Customer". This will complete the order and send the customer an email with the shipping information.
NOTE:We are working on having the tracking number automatically sync back into goimagine. This will hopefully be released in the near future.
