Account Status

Understanding the status of your account is crucial to managing your shop efficiently on our platform. Below, we break down the different account statuses you may encounter in the "Current Plan Usage" box on your dashboard. Understanding the meaning of each status will help you take the necessary steps to maintain your shop's visibility and ensure compliance.

Active

If your account status is Active, congratulations! This means your subscription is in good standing, and your shop is currently visible to customers. You can continue to focus on creating and selling your products.

Inactive

If your account status is Inactive, this indicates that your subscription is not currently active. Your shop is not visible to potential customers. If you feel this is an error, you can verify your subscription and payment details by logging into our billing portal by selecting 'Plan & Billing' from the user dropdown at the top of the dashboard. You can reactivate your subscription at any time.

Pending

The Pending status is common for new sellers who have not yet been approved to sell or those who have recently updated their subscription details. During this time, your shop will not be visible to customers. If your subscription is current and you see this status, please contact us directly at support@goimagine.com so an administrator can investigate if there is an issue

Suspended

A Suspended status indicates that your account has been suspended due to activity or products that breach our policies. This status may also appear as a bold "S". If you see this status, you've most likely already been contacted by our compliance team. It's essential to review our guidelines to understand the reason for suspension.
