Understanding the Fees Breakdown

When an order is placed in goimagine there are 3 primary fees taken out of the sale from the seller. These include:

• goimagine's Transaction Fee (includes product price and shipping)
• Sales Tax (which is remitted to the state on the seller's behalf)
• Stripe Fees for the payment processing

To see the breakdown of fees for a specific order go to your payments in Stripe. Then hover over the 'i' next to the fee in the payment details. From there you will see:

1. goimagine Application Fee which includes BOTH the transaction fee from goimagine and sales tax which is remitted to the state.
2. Stripe Processing fees

In the below example we see there was a payment of $16.70. After the following fees:

0.79 Cents for 5% goimagine fee (Based on $15.75 of the product and shipping amount)

0.95 Cents for Sales Tax

0.78 Cents for Stripe Processing Fee

The remaining amount for the vendor is $14.18
